These terms describe use of the WorshipGH portal operated for WorshipGH. By using the portal, you agree to use it lawfully and follow the church's reasonable account and community rules.

Accounts and sign-in

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Google sign-in is optional. On first sign-in, WorshipGH links the verified Google email to an existing active account for the current church or creates a new active member account when no account with that email exists. The church may manage, suspend, or deactivate member accounts and their access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the portal to break the law, impersonate another person, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, distribute harmful software, or access another person's account or information without permission. Follow the church's rules when using community, messaging, media, event, and livestream features.

Content and service availability

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. The church controls its published content and member access. WorshipGH and the church may remove content or restrict access when reasonably needed for safety, service operation, or compliance with these terms.

The portal may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how account information is used, including Google sign-in information.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the portal changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law. For questions about your account or these terms, contact WorshipGH using the contact details on the church homepage.
